Shipping & Delivery

Every creation from LANCEOR Paris receives meticulous attention, from bottling to the shipment of your package.

  • Order Preparation: Any order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Metropolitan France:

    • Standard Delivery (Colissimo / Chronopost): 2 to 3 business days. (Free for purchases over €150).

    • Express Delivery: 24 business hours.

  • European Union & International:

    • Standard International Delivery: 4 to 8 business days depending on the destination.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your bottle is shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you to follow the progress of your package in real-time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because olfactory art is a personal quest, we want your experience with LANCEOR Paris to be perfect.

  • Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

  • Return conditions:

    • Bottles and gift sets must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their complete original protective packaging (intact cellophane).

    • For hygiene and safety reasons inherent to fine perfumery, no opened or unsealed bottle can be refunded or exchanged.

  • Discovery samples: We strongly encourage you to test the perfume extracts using the discovery samples systematically included with your eligible orders before opening the full-size bottle. This guarantees the return of the main bottle if the perfume does not meet your expectations.

Refund Terms

  1. Return request: Contact our Customer Service via our Contact Us page, indicating your order number.

  2. Return shipping: Carefully package your items and send them back to the address provided by our concierge service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven error on our part).

  3. Processing: Upon receipt and validation of the condition of the items by our workshop, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
